Our MA students have gone on to successful employment or further study. Many have done or are currently doing PhDs – both in London and at a variety of other institutions from Oxford and Cambridge to Berkeley and Yale. A large number of our postgraduate students are pursuing careers in academia. These include:

Students have also gone on to a wide range of other careers. They have worked at the BBC; in publishing, at prestigious academic presses like Polity Press; in politics, as political advisers in Westminster, the European Parliament, and on congressional campaigns in the US; at NGOs like Global Witness, Employer’s Forum on Disability; as researchers in organizations like the City of London Corporation; in finance; and others have gone on to teach, do their PGCEs, or join Teach First.
