Seminars
The MA hosts an annual lecture in the history of ideas, the Nicolai Rubinstein Lecture in the History of Political Thought and Intellectual History inaugurated in 2007 by Professor Quentin Skinner. The Rubinstein Lecture will be delivered in 2008 by Professor Jonathan Israel.
Students are also expected to attend the fortnightly research seminar in the History of Political Ideas at the Institute of Historical Research, at which papers are presented by academics from Britain, Europe, the United States and Asia.
